no smoking
Please respect our zero tolerance for smoking on or around the property. If anyone considering a stay at MBH is a smoker, we respectfully suggest that another property would be more suitable for you. Second and third hand smoke is a real thing. Non smokers experience negative effects from it. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING :)
PETS
MBH is pet friendly as long as their owners are pet responsible. All pets must be approved prior to their visit to ensure safety of all the pets who come to or live in the area.

50% of stay stay amount to a maximum of $5000
QUITE TIME
Matapouri Park quiet times are from 11 pm to 7 am
connectivity
Full wifi and cell signal are available at MBH and cell coverae is available throughout the area
accessibility
There are no stairs at MBH but the house is not specifically designed for wheelchair accessibility
